The Hat Hire Process
1.a. MAKE AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT
Seeing customers in person enhances the process of coordinating your attire with your hat effortlessly. Our showroom is located in London, E3 2TT.
Request a date & time via The CFT online calendar. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email, along with a request for additional details regarding your event and attire.
N.B. Bring your friends & enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne when you choose our "Make A Day Of It" appointment (for 4+ people.)
1.b. CHOOSE A HAT ONLINE
If you're unable to visit us in person, or already have a clear idea of what you need, you can choose a hat from our online selection. Select your event date on the calendar and we will have your chosen product ready for collection or sent via courier +/- 3 days prior to your event.
2. VISIT THE CFT SHOWROOM, LONDON
Visit The CFT Showroom in E3 2TT to explore the wide range of options available. When you find something you love, you can collect your order two days before to your event or by prior arrangement.
3. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
Payment, and a refundable deposit, is payable upon booking you hat hire.
4. RETURN YOUR HIRE
Kindly return your hat hire within two days of your event to The CFT Showroom in London (or our IG7, Essex location) in the original hat box supplied. Hat boxes allow you to transport your hat and keep it safe.
