2. WHAT IS A "MAKE A DAY OF IT" APPOINTMENT?
This group appointment is perfect for friends shopping together or Daughter-In-Laws wanting to share a special pre-wedding moment with the Mother Of The Groom. We enhance your appointment with the addition of complimentary champagne throughout.This choice is for groups of 4+ individuals. A £10.00 per person deposit is required for the booking and can be applied towards any hat rental. If no item is rented, the deposit is lost.
3. HIRE DURATION
A hire period is typically 4 days, except for key race events (e.g. Royal Ascot week) where hat rental is capped at 2 days unless otherwise arranged. This timeframe includes hat return to Charlotte's Finishing Touch.
4. I REQUIRE MY HAT FOR AN EXTENDED DURATION
We always aim to meet your requirements and can arrange rental extensions. In peak times like 'wedding season' and Race Meetings, a small daily fee may be added.
5. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCT
Hats require delicate care. 'Care cards' are provided with our hats to guide you on proper maintenance.
